Kea Kids News: What would our cities look like in Minecraft?

People around the world have united for a special mission: to recreate the entire world in Minecraft. They’re even building Aotearoa New Zealand.
The project is called ‘Build the Earth’, and so far they’ve built places all over the world – including parts of Africa, America, Hong Kong, France, Australia and New Zealand.
Kea Kids News reporter Isabella Powick, 10, checks out the builds happening right now to see if she can recognise some familiar landmarks.
She shows us the Minecraft renditions being created of some of our major cities, including Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
